Do you use genuine spare parts?

Ride N Care fits OEM or OEM-grade parts only. The oil and every spare are shown to you before fitting, old parts are handed back if you want them, and the digital invoice lists each part fitted. Anything found mid-job is quoted and approved before it is replaced.
"OEM-grade" means made to the original equipment specification — for some models the identical part comes in a different box. Either way you see what goes on your vehicle before it goes on, and the invoice is your record of it.

Yes — tell us at booking. Labour is quoted as usual and the workmanship guarantee still applies to the fitting.
